  • Partially started weight loss noob!

    I guess I should do the rough part, and introduce myself.

    My name is Bill, I'm 28...and I started getting serious about weight loss on February 18, 2008. I weighed 341lbs. Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaam!

    Today is March 25, and I weigh 322.2lbs. My goal is 230-240. I'm also into lifting weights. I want a good look. Muscles, and a decent body. I'm here to encourage, and get support and help others and myself lose weight. I will do my best to encourage others, because I believe if you want it, you can get it!

    I'll upload pics and stuff like that soon.

    Thank you all in advance for the kind words, and after reviewing your site in the last few days, I'm excited to get involved in the boot camp and the other programs.

      Yeah, surprisingly enough, I'm not having that much trouble staying on target as with not cheating and eating right, and exercising daily. I figured that would have been the hardest part. But, I guess I just finally wanted it bad enough! =)

        Welcome aboard the Atkins Train! We haven't had a boot camp for a while, maybe there will be one this year. You're doing really well so far. There are exercise challenges to join and other challenges like the how long can you go??? cheat-free challenge. You should check out the Century Club for those that want to lose 100 pounds or more. I've lost 120 pounds doing Atkins by the book and still have about 30 to go.
