I'm 29, 5' 7'' and from Malaysia. Its the first time i'm on this WOE (so far 12 days on induction) and i've gone down 9lbs so far. I would like to introduce myself, makes some friends and mentors and reach my target weight of 140 lbs (i'm now 226lbs).
i would love some advice on how i i should spread my goal target into smaller targets and the timeline for each of these targets.
This site is God given as there is no Atkins support group here in Malaysia as far as i know.

That's great! It's hard to decide what the timeline should be on each one of the mini-goals until you find out how your specific body will release weight. But, a safe way of losing is 1 -2 pounds a week. So, you could start with a mini - goal within that range. If you achieve it faster - that's great. If it's a little slower, just remember, you're still moving forward.
