    Here we go AGAIN...

    Hi everybody!!! I'm Baaaaack. hee hee

    So I took a break and boy have I suffered the consequences.

    I'm here to let everyone "contemplating" whether or not Atkins works and well, I will be one of many to say YES IT WORKS! That's why I'm here again. Am hoping to find a lot of support as summer is literally right around the corner

    If anyone needs a motivational buddy...am here for ya!!!

    Welcome back Quite a few of us learned the hard way





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

      It's nice to have you back. Yes a few of us learned the hard way. But, I learned it comes off the second time around too. Thank goodness for that. I'm glad you're here!
