    I just joined the board and thought I'd say hello

    It's my second (proper) attempt at this....I lost a few lbs on it a few years ago but it was extremely hard being a vegetarian....now that I've introduced fish/seafood (and I still have about 100lbs to drop ) and that I've found this board, with all its great tips, I'm hoping to stick with it!
