I started my 'approach' back the first weekend of February. I weighed in at 265.2 lbs. At 5' 11" & 35 years old that is what most folks like to call heavy! Now, just 7 weeks (and a couple of days) in with the extended induction, I currently tip the scales at 250.6.
I do not really have a goal weight, as much as I have a goal look. If I am forced to put a number to it, I would guess....210. I have broad shoulders and pretty big legs...so I think I can pull that weight off!!
I would appreciate it folks could kinf of give me the lay of the land here. I am curious most if all what the numbers people keep posting in this format...xxx/xxx/xxx. Also, how often do folks update the bulletin board with info about their loss, or EEEAAAKKK...gain!
I look forward to support, and being able to lend support, if needed!

I would reiterate what clogger said about getting the book & reading it. I would also suggest taking your measurements & keep track of the inches you lose.

Nice to have you with us. You'll soon learn the ropes.
