    Hi there!

    I'm Zalman. Proud father of four. I did Atkins in 2004, lost 32 lbs, but barely ventured out of Induction and never truly completed the three other phases. After trying other diets, and ignoring the effects that heavy carb meals were having on me, I realized re-reading Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution, that it made so much sense.

    The chapter on Yeast and Candida outlines a list of ailments (post nasal drip, bloating etc.) which are things I deal with daily.

    I know it works, and I plan on working it hard. My goal is to create a folder by this sunday (4/6) with a food plan covering all the phases to get me to my goal.

    I am 33 years old, 5"9, 243lbs. My goal is 185 lbs and I'm committed.
