  • Hey!!

    Hello there,

    My name is Clare i am 28 and from Kent in the uk! This is my second time on atkins the first time i lost around 50lbs but have put all that back on and then some in the 4 years that i have not been doing it. i am hoping to lose around 80lbs this time around and keep it off!

    I just stumbled across this board and it looks excellent, an excellent resource for ideas, help and support!
