  • Hello again

    Hello I am Margarita a wife and mother of three and, I am overweight. I have tried atkins in the past starting as far back as 1998 and, have never been able to stick with it. But, is so remarkable to see all of the post of people changing there lives her on the ADBB and it is such an inspiration to me. I seem to always make excuses for myself to quit like I'll start excercising, stop eating out or tell myself that eating the atkins way cant be healthy. But as I look in the mirror day after day eating mass amount of carbs and everything else not nailed down. Taking 3 different types of hypertension medications. Honestly what do I have to lose but, the fat. So Im here to stay.
