I've "been in induction" for six days now and am not doing it right. I'm really frustrated with myself and decided that i am going grocery shopping tomorrow night for string cheese, bacon, eggs, turkey, heads of lettuce, canned and frozen veggies and well...anyone else have any suggestions?

how about some fresh mushrooms, green & red peppers, brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, spaghetti squash, zucchini...enjoy your veggies!!!
