  • Hi

Hi, I'm Tammy....I have a wonderful husband, two wonderful girls and a business to look after.

I have 20-30 lbs that come and go and come and go and come and go and I am just SICK of living this way...I've competed in a figure competition thinking if I could get that low in my weight and bodyfat then I could work from there to keep it off. The problem was I deprived my body of so many things for so long that it completely REBELED against me and I've haven't been working out or eating right since that competition.

I am the definition of a yo-yo dieter, carb/sugar addict and a scale slave and I want to BREAK these bad habits and learn to have a healthy out look with my food. I do not want to feel out of control anymore or feel as though I'm thinking about sneaking food that I shouldn't be having anymore..its an awful feeling to be ruled by those outside forces.

I have determined that I will give my all.....reading the Atkins book ALL THE WAY through instead of just reading the induction part really opened my eyes and I'm excited to continue on this adventure and to LEARN how MY body works and what keeps it in its happy place

WIsh me luck not falling into the traps that I've fallen into in the past!
