Well, I figured I should introduce myself to the board. My name is Chris and I am 21 years old and studying to be a pharmacist at a med school. (strange huh?).
My current stats are:
330-lbs (havent weighed myself since April 7th)
6 feet tall
Roughly 30% body fat
I have always had a weight problem, but I have never had a problem puting on muscle, which was adventageous for my sporting endevors.
However, I am no longer playing sports year round and my weight is more of a burden than a blessing.
I have set a few goals along the way.
Below 300 (by June 6th)
Below 270 (by August 1st)
Overall goal 225-240lbs by this time next year
These goals may seem steep, but along with the atkins diet I am working out 4 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week.
