I've done Atkins before a couple years back with fantastic results, but fell off the wagon and here I am 2 years later with almost 70 pounds to lose. After having 4 kids in the past 7 years I've got a long way to go. This WOL isn't perfect for me in the sense of I have NO time to prepare foods with 5 kids running around my legs, but I'm determined to make it work. ) I'm feeling pretty good about making this life change so I can simply be healthy and feel better about myself. My husband is my support and with 50 pounds to lose himself, he's joining me. Lord knows he will lose faster than I do (men ALWAYS do!
) but it'll be so much easier than doing it alone like I did last time. I'm also doing some walking and slim in 6 for my new exercise routine. My biggest downfall is I am an emotional eater and I suffer from social anxiety, general anxiety and OCD pretty heavily. This often leads to boughts of depression, and then I just like to binge. I can't wait to become part of this fantastic support system you guys have here.
