I am finally at the point in my life when I am ready to make a change. Not doing this for anyone, (boyfriends, concerned family) but me. I think that will make a difference. Taking control of my weight and what I eat. I realize I will never be super model thin but I can be healthy and happy at a lower body weight. I have read the chapters up to induction so I am going to start tomorrow. I have questions and look forward to the support. I think this will be easier to achieve with people who have been there and done this.
