    Going to try this again!!

    Hi all,

    I am not new to Atkins or the ADBB....i have been off both for a while and want to get back aboard!!! I have lost 70lbs so far but have not been as good as i should have been since christmas......i posted my before and during pics on the forum....... Good to be back
