We started 6 days ago and have lost about 4-5 pounds each. We are BOTH excited about changing our eating. I can really see a change in my daughter's eating habits and her being hungry all the time. She is 12 and use to eat ALOT of carbs. But now that we have changed to eating ALOT of meat, which is her other favorite, she is less hungry at night and if we need a snack at night we eat a handful of nuts or strawberries with spleda and a little milk on them.
She has been doing really well at school too. Trying to eat less bread and not so much pizza. Yesterday she told me she ate a hotdog, but only half the bun and some hashbrowns. Not bad
for her first week of choosing by herself.
