Hi there! I did Atkins about 5 years ago and was successful. I then switched to the BFL program and I've done quite well. Until......I quit smoking in November. I've gained 10 lbs and just cant seem to lose no matter what I do. I had my calories down to 1200 a day and I was exercising for at least 30 mins a day, alternating cardio and weights. So I am back at Atkins. I know the last time I did it I felt great, more energy, no bloating. So I am very hopeful. Look forward to getting to know everyone!
