    One shiny new Atkins convert...

    It's the evening of my third day on induction, all going OK so far.

      Great job, your one day closer to losing more weight and feeling better. Make sure you check out the forums, they are loaded full of people who care.

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                  Day 3 for me too! So far, so good. I really feel great and I'm finding that the encouragement and inspiration that I am getting from sharing with so many others who are "all in the same boat" as me is an unbelievable bonus! Hang in there. Best wishes for continued success!
