Hello Everyone,I am doing Atkins. I had great success the first time I did this in college and was feeling great and healthier than ever! Unfortunately, I eventually went back to my old ways and the weight crept back on.
I am thinking that I would like to lose about 40-50 pounds. My highest weight was 225 and my lowest weight after that was 170. I am currently 192 pounds and on day 5 of induction. I am down 5 pounds already!
I just want to be able to be consistent for once in my life. I just am so afraid...I am afraid of success and afraid of failure too. I am trying to tell myself to take it one day at a time.....Here I am!
