I've been coming here pretty much every day for the past couple months so I finally decided to join. I started Atkins on Feb. 29th and have lost 19lbs since then (hopefully more but I weigh myself every thursday so i'll see tomorrow). I've also been exercising at least 4 times a week. I feel great and plan on staying on this WOL. Here's something I was wondering about though, I've been having a lot of peanut butter cravings lately and I never did before...does this happen to other people too? or does it mean I'm missing something nutritionally?
Well, I just wanted to introduce myself. This board seems really supportive so i'm sure it will be a great help to me along the way.

! We're glad you joined! I agree with dreamof145 (even though I don't always do it). The best thing to do when you have cravings for something is to do something other than eat. On the other hand, I've also heard someone suggest that if you're craving something sweet, eat something sour like a pickle. So you could try to eat something 'legal' that's the opposite of peanut butter.
