    Feels GREAT to be here!

    Hi Everyone! Day 5 of Induction and doing GREAT! Went to the doctor's today for a yearly checkup, and since Sunday have lost 6 pounds! Wooo Hooooo!
    Love all the posts, the positive attitude, perks, and of course, ATKINEERS!
    Each day is a thank you for the sharing and caring for others!

          Thank you for the congrat's and welcome, Creek, JsJ and Joe!!! I am SO motivated... lost 9 lbs my first week of Induction! Now to plan for the second, the Recipe Board sounds just right JSJ!
