Hi - I posted the other day and was here last year, but have now updated my signature and wanted to say an official hi this time around! I am starting my 2nd week of induction and so far so good (I have done Atkins before but ultimately unsuccessfully). I've been "clean" so far and I am exercising a lot more than usual. My biggest problem is emotional eating - I am going through a very difficult time (which I'm working on) and food has always been my crutch. This past week of not using food to calm myself down has been extremely scary, unnerving and difficult. But, I feel very proud of myself for not giving in when it gets tough and for loving myself enough to do this right this time.
