Hi Everyone! Today is day 14 of Induction and am very pleased with being here and for the ongoing support of this group. In June of 2007, I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2. Thank goodness, the only problem that I have faced after numerous tests is glucose being unstable. Two weeks ago, my glucose was at an all time high of 266. It would go up and down like an elevator, only the operator was out of town

My bestfriend joined a few days prior with much success - am so proud of her!
I joined cleansing my mind of the WW (name of program) syndrome, and have received excellent advice and support from Moderators, for....
Today, I am 10 pounds lighter, and my glucose has stabilized!!!! The stats have been between 93-117 in the morning. Feel more energized, walking, sleeping well, and no longer suffering from mild diabetic depression.
Thank you, Everyone, in sharing your journeys with me. Believe it or not, this is the first time introducing myself, and it is like an Atkin Burst of Energy exploding... so forgive my long message... giggles.. Robin
