So...I'll be joining the STAC. I am a post-ANA member and lost track a couple years ago after 3 major hurricanes back to back and the death of a close family member. I was able to lose and keep the weight off for 2 years. I have been trying the low cal (< 1500 calories) plan. For the last three months I have been walking or biking a minimum of 2.5 miles/day 5 days/week. I recently upped my route to 4 miles. It just isn't working for me. I have such a problem with spikes in my blood sugar with huge crashes. I was able to completely control that when I used ANA before. My DH and I are starting on SATURDAY. I am prepping now with meal plans and grocery lists. I know I have to get all the junk out of my house.
I am 196 now.
My first goal is 165.
I would love to make it back down to 145 (where I was at previously using ANA)
