Justready, this board is filled to the brim with support and so many wonderful ideas and recipes. I think this journey will be so much easier than all the other "diets" I have tried and failed. Good luck!

        Hi kamon and twinkle:

I am on day 5 and i have loss 4 lbs. It was extremely difficult the first few days for me, headaches, no energy whatsoever. But by the 4th day, I started to feel like my oldself again....just lighter.

Scales have really been down right mean to me and I'm have tried almost starvation diets where I consume 700 calories a day and after a week of that I'd lose 1 pound, if that. I don't mind the sacrifice if I can see decent results...and 4 pounds in 5 days, I'll take it.

Hang in there, it really does get better. I have more energy now and I am so motivated that I can't wait to get home to my treadmill!

        Best Wishes,
        Rose

Thanks for sharing this with us. I was feeling a bit tired and moody today but then i weighed myself and i was 2 pounds lighter !! I promised myself i wont weigh before 14 days but it made me happy to see some loss. And glad to see that you got your energy back, i am a bit tired but i plan to go for a walk so hopefully that helps.

Rose that is amazing progress! I have vowed not to weigh in until induction is over (I am also not a big fan of scales!). I am on day 3 and have had just a minor headache or two and some nausea, but it seems to be subsiding. Good luck on your "journey".
