Hi all, 
I came on looking for inspiration a while ago but i got totally and utterly distracted just too many changes and different things going on in my life but things are starting to settle and ive been taking a good look at myself in the mirror!!
, and boy oh boy im not a happy bunny,,
ive got more changes coming up i start uni in september and i really dont want to feel like a hippo in a uniform that is tight and scratcy, i want to feel comfortable with myself..also we might be going away in july plus ive started to learn to salsa and im puffed out!! salsa is hard work.

i have got many reasons to lose weight and feel happy its all there for me to see plainly..
so ive got to re read my atkins book and pull off as much info from this site as i can..you are all so honest and helpful, its very refrreshing..
I have limited budget, if anyone has done this on a tight budget i would very much like to hear from you..
Also menu planners, ive seen this somewhere, i need to get organised..i know my downfall is sweet stuff,, choc, cake,,and i love spuds, but after eating spuds im sooooooo hungry, i know they dont agree with me along with white bread, and cake...oh and i love chips. and curry.....got to get my mind set !!
