  • Hello

I guess I'm really just starting over. I came here last year and lost 15 pounds, however I found out I was pregnant and had to stopped. I then lost the baby after that and gained more than 25 pounds. So here I am again starting anew, I've tried many other methods, but found myself just quitting. I'm hoping that I can make it through this now and prepare my "new" self for the summer. Ignore my sig will have to do that one over too.

      Re: Hello

I'm so sorry for your loss. This year I was starting Atkins in January and I learned right before I started that I was expecting my second baby, unfortunately I lost him/her at around 10 weeks. After about a month of binging and waiting for my body and mind to get back to where it needed to be I went back to Atkins.

It is a very hard thing to go through and I know what you are feeling. Good luck in your journey and stay strong. I'm here for you if you need anything!
