well looks like im at it again

i was on atkins about 5 years ago and i didn't stay with it i lost weight but you would not belive the weight i found, so here i am again and this time I WILL DO IT!!!!! i have alot to lose i am on day 3 of atkins and so far i have lost 4 POUNDS yay me summer is coming way to fast in the south this year and i will not look like the good year blimp i want my husband and my self to be proud so here i go can't wait to meet you all if anyone would like a buddy please feel free to ask me
