  • Day 10--Hi There!

    I'm so excited to be doing Atkins! This is the first time I have EVER experienced freedom from sugar cravings. It's working, and I can tell I'll be able to stick with it. I already feel so much better.

    I'm glad I found this board. What a fantastic source of information and inspiration!

    Mini Goal 1: 220--Size 18's and some 16's fit. More energy!
    Mini Goal 2: 200--Am no longer "invisible".
    Mini Goal 3: 190--Lowest weight in 6 years. Size 14. Professional clothes look good and I have more confidence.
    Mini Goal 4: 170--I can run! Size 12! :walking
    Mini Goal 5: 155--I'm a hot mama...I can dance all night! :dancing:

    Big Goal: 140--I feel light and healthy...men drool
    :wink:, any clothes I like fit like a dream.

            Copngratulations on your loss....isn't it exciting and can't you tell a difference is your clothes.

            I am on day 11 and I'm 8.5 pounds down and feel so motivated that I can't wait to go home to exercise, lol!

                      I am on day 15 and lost 6.5lbs which i never done on any Low Fat Diet.
                      For me Atkins is for life,i have been unable to shift this last stone.
