I officially changed my life. Last Friday was my last FAT day. In a few months I will look back and and wonder how I ever allowed myself to gain the weight back. I originally started using Atkins in 2003. I lost 50 pounds. I felt great! We had a few hurricanes, no power, and a death in the family and my plan became history.
Not this time. I have planned ahead for what to do in those situations. I am on day 3 of induction and love what I have to eat. One of my success boosters is that I pull out my Atkins book and reread it all the time. Surprisingly I usually pick up on something new each time.
My other success booster is...I am pledging to ONLY weigh myself on Saturday mornings. This is going to be tough for me as I am a scale junkie. My mood for the day usually depends on what the scale says in the morning.
I am working on my goals. Here is what I have so far.

Starting Weight: 197.5
G1: 186 New CD
G2: 176 New Shoes
G3: 166 New Skirt
G4: 156 New Bathing Suit
Other Goals:
Stop drinking soda.
Exercise 2.5 miles 3 days/week for 1st month.
Exercise 4 miles 3 days/week for 2nd month.
