    Hi everyone

    First time here...really excited and I have been reading some of your success stories and that has really inspired me. You all are my inspiration

    Hope to reduce 35lbs
    Starting my atkins tomorrow

    Good luck on your journey.

    Post often & ask questions, start a journal, join a challenge or two, take your measurements & most importantly make sure you read the book!

            I am definitely getting carb withdrawal symptoms!!! Getting tired of eggs and bacon...any tips on what other brekkie options I have in my induction phase ...

                There is an induction forum here. It is a good place to get to know other induction people and to ask questions. I love egg and bacon so I don't have this issue but this topic is often discussed. Here are some old threads.
