  • Induction Day #5

    Hi everyone,

    This is day 5 of induction for me. So far it's going very well. Trying to be creative so I don't get bored. I have tried atkins several times befo over the years and never made 2wks. I usually start out feeling great on the program but eventually get bored and would slowly go back to eating carbs. I spent most of my 20's yo-yo dieting and I refuse to spend my 30's doing the same.

    Thank you for creating this site, I have learned so much already and looking forward to doing this with you guys.

      Thank you for responding and for the link. I am looking forward to trying some of those recipes.

      Is it ok to eat FLax Muffins while on induction?

        If the ingredients of the muffins are on the induction list, then yes you can eat them (I think the muffins are ok). With regard to flax meal, it's only really allowed on induction to relieve constipation, and only in the amount necessary for this. You're supposed to try 1 T at first and increase a bit if needed. Of course, if you're not constipated, you really shouldn't have the muffins until OWL.
