well it is my second day...and im still feeling kinda wishy washy...im one of those ppl who like to see improvement...now...or ill give up thats y im happy i found this site cuz it gives me motivation to keep going...im thinking about doing my excercise routine two times today...i kno it may be a little much..but i think its worth it...im also doin a challenge so i have 100 situps to do as well...cross ur fingers for me!...im not even gonna check the scale until 1 week is up i decided cuz i will get discouraged and i figure by1 week i should see something moving on the scale!...neway. my baby is waking up so talk u everyone a lil later!!!!

Hi and welcome. I don't know about 2 times a day. Maybe someone else can answer. I know you want to implement a program that you can stick with for good. For me, this would be too much.My Stats:
