  • Hello Everybody

I'm just registered here & am looking for support on the AD. I'm not new to it, actually I have had pretty good results going minimal carbs. The trouble is that I have yo-yo'd back from where I came from again.

Today is day two of the induction part. Honestly, I have never done the induction before but recently found I had a hard time getting into ketosis.

It's gonna take a few days before you hit it. I believe it's 3 days minimum before your body responds. God Bless, Joe

          Thanks all,

I'm 6 days into it now and I think I must have slid into ketosis, either that or a dead rat is in my mouth ( I remember that from before ) of course that keeps you drinking plenty of water

It's crazy though. You ,or at least I know how much better I feel & function on less carbs. Sugar cravings were history after 3rd day, that must have accounted for a lot of my problems because I am having to remember to eat. True, the inductions limitations narrow down the options pretty good but aside from sweet stuff, meat in all it's glorious forms are what I would go for.

I did have to have a couple shot glasses of milk of magnesia to keep things working.
