    Eating Late, Someone help!!!

    Does it matter if I eat late during induction even if I stay at the 20 carb number? I am use to eating a late dinner 9pm, I know its not ideal but would it matter if I still follow the rules of induction?

      I don't know but your post should probably be in the 2 week induction section.

          I as well, sometimes due to my hectic schedule, dont get a chance to eat till 8 pm at the latest. So long as you dont go more than 6 hours in between meals, as per the book, I believe you are fine. God Bless, Joe
