So a little about myself,
I am a 21 year old about to graduate from University here in California.
I did the Atkins diet back in my senior year of high school. I went from 6'3 210lbs to 175 in a matter of only a couple of months, however 175 was an unhealthy weight for me. People who had been telling me to lose weight for years suddenly started telling me to gain some weight. the 185-190lb range was perfect for me, with a few dips to just under 175.
(The dip under 175 was when I was getting ready to go with my then GF to Hawaii, and so I droped to 179, but then went to Bikram yoga, and sweat out about 5lbs of water or so.)
I managed to keep my weight steady through college, but then I moved to Germany to study, and developed a drinking problem.
I believe that that is where my balooning weight came from was the massive amounts of alcohol. When I came back to the states the drinking continued more so until a month ago when I finally called it quits. When I was drinking half a bottle with no ill effects on how I felt, I realized that it was time to stop.
Now graduation is upon me, and I would love to be at least 15# in the hole by that date, which given my previous record with atkins should not be too far of a stretch.
Lets see if I can.
