  • Hi everyone...

    I've been on locarb before with minimal success, but in thruth I didn't follow all the rules right. I joined the centruy club since I've got ab out 120 lbs or so to lose, but wanted to say hi here too. I've signed up for fit day and I've plugged in my food for today. I'll have 15 carbs when I finish today, and I think that's within tolerances. I want, no I need this to work for me so I've got to work it 100%.
