Im on my third day and have had a mild migraine for the past two days and have been very tired. Is this a form of withdrawal from the sugar?

    Re: Withdrawal

Sure is! It should go away shortly....usually 2-3 days of what is called "induction flu" and then you'll be fine!

        Re: Withdrawal

That sure is what we call the "Induction Flu". I hated it as well! ( I'm back again to give it a final round! ) Don't give up, it WILL pass! Mine passed around the 7th day. Then all of the sudden, you have a RUSH of energy!

          Re: Withdrawal

Yes, once the withdrawal is over you should feel a sense of well being and your energy will return. I no longer had those tired times in the afternoon. What's even better is that you can sometimes see improvements in other things as well---I got rid of my acid reflux on Atkins, lowered my cholesterol, and saw a huge improvement with my allergies. Hang in there.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
