  • Back on track!

    Hello- again!
I am back and I am on an extended induction plan. I have done this in the past and I know that it is what works best for me. I meant to start today but my DH had dinner ready for me when I woke up (at 5pm) and I hadn't told him of my intentions. He had pot roast with vegetable over noodles and I ate it. I intend from this moment on eating LC for the rest of my life. The key to this lifestyle is preparation- and I will be. You see, I work 3rd shift,12 hour shifts, and it is every Th, F, S and Su. So preparation is the key! You know, I haven't eaten much in the past 2 days due to my crazy schedule and it is possible that I am already in ketosis because of this. I am a ketostick junkie. I love to see the results of my hard work from weight loss to those lovely purple results!
