  • Introducing myself

I am new to the forum, but not new to Atikins. About 3 years ago I successfully lost 35 lbs. had a baby and hadnt been able to be successful since. Now I am back to the basics with induction and now I am on Day 4. Despite the anxious feelings, i am doing okay. wish me luck!!

    Re: Introducing myself

Welcome back! I too am back again, and this time I am determined to accomplish my goal! We have tons of support here on this forum! I know that the first week is hard. You feel somewhat sick to your stomach, weak at times, but that's our body getting rid of bad carbs. It will pass. Mine passed about a week into Atkins. Then you have tons of energy! I am starting back on Atkins in a few days, June 1st. Lots of luck to the both of us!
    Restart Atkins: 3/08/2009
