    I had great success quite a few years ago with the Atkins plan. The time has flown by, and here I am at 55 with 55 lbs. to lose. Hey how about that 55/55!

    How great to find this forum. Already I have motivation and great ideas that will help me to live the low carb good life. I am so glad to be here.

      Warm welcome aboard Karmasue! Nice to have you with us.
      If you had success with Atkins some years ago, you'll no doubt be successfull this time too.
