  • Hello!

    I am new to this website- and i hope to use it to the fullest (once i learn the nooks and crannies) and hopefully this diet will finally work for me!

    It has been 5 days since i started and finally those dreaded symptoms of headaches went away-i guess my body was so used to all them endless pasta and pizza nights....

    I have read some postings and i see that alot of people have those weight loss trackers...does anyone know where to get those?

          YAY i got myself a little tracker! guessing i have to re-apply it every week so the thing is updated- my two week weigh in is on Sunday! I cant wait but then again weighing myself and not seeing great results may take a toll on my emotions- but i guess i have to keep telling myself that no matter if its .2 lbs or 8 lbs its still something!!!!

          thinking i am going to stick with induction till i lose at least 20 lbs......any suggestions?
