I've been a luker for a few months, but I've decided to contribute as I should.. I begain the Medifast diet back in Mid January 2008 and did a month and a half and lost 25lbs. My start weight was 296, I begain the Atkins diet at the Beginning of March and I'm down to 262. My goal weight is mid 180's..
I have a question this might be the wrong forum, also I've done a search and can't find this answer-- Does Caffine effect Ketosis. I seem to keep going in and out of Ketosis yet I'm definitely keeping under 20 carbs and avoiding Aspertame.. Any diet soda I drink consist only of a Diet Rite. I usually have eggs for Breakfast, tuna/chicken salad for lunch, snack is usually pork rinds and a lean red meat or chicken and a cup of Broccoli for dinner.. It's driving me nuts because I average a minimum of 4-6 miles of a brisk walk per day, lots of water and no carbs yet I've been at 265-262 for 3 weeks.

What makes you think you are out of ketosis? Bear in mind that the ketostix, if you are using them, will have different readings different times of day. Looks like you are losing fine!!
