    HELLO, MY NAME IS TIFFANY AND THIS IS MY FOURTH DAY. IT HAS BEEN PRETTY EASY SO FAR EVEN THOUGH I MISS MY SWEETS. I TOLD MYSELF THAT I WASNT GOING TO WEIGH MYSELF EVERYDAY, JUST ONCE A WEEK. SINCE I HAVENT WEIGHED MYSELF YET I ALREADY FEEL THAT I HAVENT LOST ANY WEIGHT. BUT WHO KNOWS. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT, I JUST NEED A LITTLE HELP.

    yea thats the typical..weigh ur self every monday morning and that will be ur accurate weight i weighed y self after my first week and lost 12 Lbs...u may not see r feel the difference but believe everybody else can

      I know people are against weighing everyday but i lost all of mine because i weigh every day. Just my two cents! LOL

          I can go up or down 5 lbs overnight due to water weight or whatever, so for me weighing daily was too depressing. Even weekly is too often now that I am 47. So I try to follow the plan and not worry about the scale. I almost always lose inches even if I don't lose weight so that might be motivating too. Welcome to the boards.

            I like to weigh everyday. I don't take the number personally, though gaining helps me realize if perhaps I have eaten something with hidden carbs in it, or whatever, you know?

                  Me scale is me enemy. We been friends of late though . Especially since it stopped growling at me with that "ERR" message and starting to show me some love. Good Luck and God Bless, Joe

                    Saw a great cartoon once. It was two little girls looking at a scale. The one is telling the other one, "I don't know what it does but if you step on it, it makes you cry!" LOL
