well hello everyone!! today is my first day in the induction phase.. i have felt great. a bit tired, but overall fantastic.. i am ready to see my new self and read more success stories for motivation!!
i have gained about 40lbs in the past year due to over-eating caused by some heavy life stress.. the stressers are no longer present, but my "oversized" stomach was left behind, and it takes more and more to fill it up and make me feel satisfied.
i have a very important mini trip i will be taking on July 11th.. i need as much motivation and as much weight loss as possible by then! i will be seeing people i haven't seen since i was at my thinnest.. i just wanna feel better about myself. i just want to be able to feel like i have control over my weight since i had lost complete control of it.
please, if any one has any tips, recipes, stories, motivational quotes, ANYTHING! i would greatly appreciate it!
i'm 5'2" and weigh 163lbs..
i am very curvy so my weight is proportioned everywhere so i don't look 163lb. but i feel like 300
