  • Hi all

    Just into my first week of induction and loving it so far,apart from aching legs (is this normal)
    I did atkins about 2 yrs ago and lost 2 stone so I know it works.

    My goal is to visit the States next year and
    1. to be able to fit in a normal size airline seat
    2. To be able to take my shirt and go swimming and be proud
    3. get back the energy i once had
    4. to be able to go clothes shopping and buy anything

    Its good to know you guys are here to help me when I start to doubt my willpower

    STARTING WEIGHT 314 LBS - 16th June 08
    FIRST GOAL 279 LBS
    SECOND GOAL 244 LBS
    FINAL GOAL 210 LBS

    Welcome to ADBB!

    I love the goals that you have set, and am positive that you will be able to achieve them. About the aching legs - you may be low in potassium. Do you take vitamins/supplements? They're important!

    I'm very glad to hear that you are loving Atkins so far - yay! There really is no better way to get healthy and lose weight. Love that!
