Hi everyone! My name is Brandee. I have been lurking around this forum for a couple weeks now and I am finally convinced to start on my journey to a low-carb lifestyle. I don't want to look at this as a diet, as so many others say... I want to change my life. I am 28 years old and 263 lbs. I have never been a small person... I always remember being the "chubby" kid in our group or the "bigger girl". Now it has gone beyond that and I'm very concerned for my health as I get older and grow wider.
I have lost weight before on other "diets", yo-yoing up and down, doing my body more damage than good. So here I am... I am ready to climb this mountain and stay at the top.
