  • Deja vu all over again

    Hi everyone. This is my second time for Atkins. The first time I lost 54 pounds and got to goal. :joy The one thing I failed to learn though was that this was not a diet but a way of life. Oh yeah, I also learned how to make pizza from scratch (wrong hobby!). :yikes Gained it all back plus some "insurance weight" against any possible food shortage or famine. Hopefully, I will be a lot smarter this time.

          Thanks Tammy. I will do my best to "upset" you with my weight loss, lol. Actually, the second time is going slower but I had read somewhere that repeat attempts using the same diet (no matter which type) result in slower losses the second time. But I'm not in a race anyway.
