  • Hello from Utah

Well, I have done atkins 2 times before and did really well. Was in roll over car accident got really depressed, then help twin sister go through a divorce. It seemed like it was alot easier to eat through the pain. Lately have had a scare with a blood clot going from my kidney clear down to my ankle. They say it could be because of my weight. I am at my highest at 245. I am ready to do this way of life and stay on it this time!!!! It will be nice coming to this board and getting support.

Good morning! Good luck on starting over. Losing weight and changing our lifestyles can be one of the toughest things to achieve, but I believe we can all do it! I am on my 5th day and am so thankful I have found this board, because I truly believe that support and encouragement makes all the difference. It's just good to know that there are people out here who you can turn to when you're feeling weak. We can climb the mountain together. Keep in touch. God Bless... Brandee
