          Hi!
You replied to my introduction- so I wanted to read your story. We are in the same boat- it's funny, my kids don't think I'm fat either!
WOW!! a size 3, 114#- I can't imagine that for me- I'm 5'8" and I felt great in a size 10 so that is my dream.
I'm 41- so let's hear it for the over 40 and aimin' to be sexy crowd! I've lost 9 pounds this week! I've been feeling terrible, headaches, tired, etc. When I feel bad I get on this site to check out the before and after pics. Let's keep in touch and keep thinking of how great we felt the first time.
I'm going to a family gathering on the 4th- so I'm heading out in a few minutes to buy a new swim suit-- AAARRRGGGHH! I wish I could wait but I'm asking a lot of the threads in my old one!!
          Good luck and welcome back

You were successful at one time, I have faith you'll do it again!! Welcome back

Question: Do you have your finance's support this time? Is your finding your health going to be an endeavor he sabotages? What do you have planned or in place to prevent the same speed-bumps this time?

It's amazing how our success has a profound effect on our significant others, isn't it?

I won't wish you luck because luck has *squat* to do with this. I wish you success!

Re: Back again for new success story!!!

I am back again, also!! I am sure you can do it again, and nobody will stop you! WE both can do it, again. My main goal is to be 140 by November 21, that is my 34th birthday. I haven't been 140 pounds since I was 22. I can't wait!! If you ever need help, a buddy, someone to talk to, please let me know.
Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.
