    Hi Cori It's great you are all making this a family thing. I do remember from college....so long ago....that the food selection in the commons were nothing but fattening! Good luck in your Atkins journey

      Welcome and good luck! I wish I had taken control of my health and eating habits when I was your age! Good for you!
      Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!

              Hello Coribazz- Summer is a great time to get in shape and establish new habits. Especially then for going back to school in the fall. This program works well if you are careful about following it closely. Lots of help here in the group.

                  Welcome to the ADBB Coribazz! Nice to have you with us.

                  How wonderful that you're going to be an "Atkins Family"! That'll make things so much easier. No cooking multiple menus or having to watch others eat all the carby stuff.

                  Kudos to you for opting for a lifestyle change. That's the absolute best way to have permanent results.
